How we work
Every order follows the same five steps, with one production lead looking after you from first sketch to final delivery. Here’s what happens at each one, how long it takes and what you get.
- 2 business days
Step 01
Brief & quote
- You send
- A tech pack, a sketch or a garment you like, plus quantities, sizes and a target date.
- We do
- Read it, ask about anything that’s missing, and match each style to a factory that already makes that kind of garment well.
- You get
- A reply within one business day, then an itemized quote within two business days of having what we need.
- 2–3 weeks a round
Step 02
Sampling
- You send
- Your notes on each sample: fit, fabric, color and details.
- We do
- Source fabric and trims, cut the pattern and sew samples, adjusting until the fit is right. Most styles take two rounds.
- You get
- Samples in your hands to try on, and a written spec, so your reorders match your first order.
- 45–60 days
Step 03
Production
- You send
- Your approval of the pre-production sample, and a 30% deposit.
- We do
- Book the line, check the fabric before it’s cut, and inspect during sewing, so problems are caught while they’re still cheap to fix.
- You get
- An update every week with dates, photos from the line and any decisions we need from you.
- Before it ships
Step 04
Inspection
- You send
- Nothing. Just keep an eye on your inbox.
- We do
- An inspector pulls a random sample of the finished goods (AQL 2.5) and checks measurements, workmanship, labels and packing against your spec.
- You get
- The inspection report with photos. You pay the 70% balance once you’re happy with it.
- By sea or air
Step 05
Delivery
- You send
- Your delivery address, or your forwarder’s details if you ship FOB.
- We do
- Book freight by sea or air, and prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and customs documents.
- You get
- Tracking from the factory to your door, and goods that match the sample you approved.

FAQ
Questions we get a lot
What’s your minimum order?
300 pieces per style, with at least 100 per color. Below that, the cost per piece climbs fast, and we’d rather tell you that up front.
How long does an order take?
Plan on three to five months from first brief to delivery: a couple of days for the quote, two to three weeks for each sample round (most styles need two), 45 to 60 days of production once you approve the pre-production sample, then shipping. Reorders of an approved style skip sampling.
Can you work from a sketch or a photo?
Yes. If you don’t have a tech pack yet, we build one with you during sampling: measurements, materials and construction, all written down.
Where are your factories?
We place each style with the partner factory best suited to it. Your quote names the country of origin before you commit, so there are no surprises on the label or at customs.
Will you sign an NDA?
Happily, before you send a single file. Your designs, patterns and tech packs belong to you, and we never show them to other customers.
Can I get organic or recycled fabrics?
Yes. We can source certified fabrics such as organic cotton and recycled polyester, and we share the mill’s certificates before you order.
What if the inspection finds a problem?
Then the goods don’t ship until it’s fixed, by rework or remake at our and the factory’s cost, not yours. You see the follow-up report before anything leaves.
Do you sell stock or blanks?
No. Everything is made to order under your label. That’s how we keep the fit, fabric and finish exactly the way you want them.
Ready when you are.
